Well, simple really... this is the amount of times, in one week, I eat a meal. This blog is about my cookery attempts at home to feed my family and various friends. I strive to serve up something tasty and nutritious, usually in a hurry, twenty-one times a week. This blog is about how I do this, the food I prepare, the books I read to find inspiration.
My family are my two children (boy, 6 & girl, 8), my husband (particularly fussy) and visiting friends and family. We all have our own foibles.
